Matthew chose shopping over school

And as much as I was thinking he made the wrong choice.... I was really glad he came with me. I had fun with my little man. And, I kid you not, the first thing he said when he woke up this morning was, "mommy, I want a pink cookie!" So how funny was it to find this single pink cookie at the Nordstrom cafe today!!

Hookie/Sick Go Texan Day

The boys had the cutest cowboy getup to wear for Go Texan Day at school on Friday but both woke up sick. Well, one for sure, the other ended up admitting that be should have gone to school. But, they still got dressed rodeo style and Matthew made a trip to the doctor. He was in early stages on bronchitis so I'm glad we went. We then grabbed Cane's chicken and went to visit Maddie and JuJu! On the way home, I caught both boys catching some zzzzzs!

Saturday Costumes and Fun Times

Matthew woke up and decided he need special clothing to make a trip to the donut store. We stopped by Andrews practice first where Abdrew was completely embarrassed if his little brother. Matthew wasn't worried a bit. After Andrew's basketball game, we went with Oma, Poppa, and the Krovontkas to Lupes where the bits had an absolute blast! So much so that Matthew and Andrew had to have a mini bath before getting in my car and Matthew's clothes are still soaking in Oxi-Clean!
