Mothers Day and Swim Team Kick off

Andrew's 8th Birthday

I can't believe Andrew is eight years old! I was nervous about sending him to school because his rash was still very obvious. But, he was determined to be there on his birthday. His classmates surprised him when he walked in the classroom and then Matthew and I brought him Pei Wei (his favorite) to lunch. I ended up picking him up early from school because the Benadryl made his super sleepy. When his daddy got home we sang Happy Birthday with a cookie cake and opened presents. He got a lava lamp, flying UFO, and a baseball and football Wii game. Then off to Benihana for a birthday dinner!

Skip school Monday/early birthday celebration and rash

Andrew woke up with a rash from head to toe. Dr. Crane is thinks Andrew is probably allergic to penicillin:(. She wanted me to keep him home today to watch it, so we headed to Hermann Park with a picnic. The Seels joined us to and we made it an official skip school day for all!

Declamation Day

Andrew shared a poem about Xbox 360 during Declamation at school. Earlier I caught Matthew dancing during the opening of the George W Bush library celebration. I think I have two performers in the making.
