Donuts, Corson Diner, and Fan Club

Everyday that starts w donuts is such to be great! And it was!!
Andrew and Matthew work well as a team in the kitchen. Momma is well fed! It's so cute when Matthew is stirring something up in a fry pan. He runs is place!!
Andrew's basketball season has been super fun. He is tearing up the court. This week he scored 8 of the 15 goals. It really makes watching him fun. And watching Matthew cheer for his older brother is just as cute.

Cars 2 and bedtime

Tonight we went to the Racquet Club for dinner and fun. They were showing Matthew's favorite movie. So fun!
Andrew is getting so responsible. He is working on earning an allowance for his chore and responsibilities!

Shared nap time take 2

This afternoon after Bible Buddies and lunch I brought Matthew and Jackson home for nap so that Wendy could go to a meeting. I got Matthew all tucked into his crib and Jackson snug in the pack and play. They giggled and laughed and played for a few minutes until everything got quiet. I though they have FINALLY fallen asleep UNTIL....I looked at the monitor and saw two little heads popping up out of matthew's crib. What?!? How could that be. Looking at the monitor I kind of felt like a mommy going into a first ultrasound and detecting not one heartbeat, but TWO!!! I quickly ran upstairs and found this:
Thank God nobody was hurt!!

He gets it from his momma!

I don't blame him a bit!! Everything is good with queso. Matthew loves chili con queso and can throw some down just like his mother! Chips and queso should be it's own food group. It's THAT good!!

When daddy is away, we all will play!

Randy is out to dinner with some buddies for his birthday. So, we met the Seels at Jumping Joes for some fun. The babies had to warm up to the bouncy castles but that quickly got the hand of it! Elaine and Andrew were in full force fun. We all worked up a good appetite and were ready to as Matthew says: eat eat!! So off to Canes we go for some chicken goodness and mystery sauce!!
What a fun day!

Front yard picnic with Maddie and JuJu

One day during out Christmas break we picked up Taco Cabana and headed over to JuJu and Maddie's to soak up some sun. We picniced in their front yard and had a little fun with the tortillas.

A wedding and NYE party!

Max and Sarah got married on New Years Eve and asked Andrew and Nicholas to be ring bearers. They did such a great job and Andrew so MORE than excited to wear a tuxedo. At the reception be kept ordering Roy Rodgers at the bar. He thought he was so grown up!!
Afterward Randy and I went to a fantastic NYE party. We had such a fun time. Huge band, ice sculpture, balloon drop, party hats....everything. It was a blast!!

Number 43

Today was Randy's 43rd birthday. The boys enjoyed decorating the cake I made today and arranging the candles perfectly. We met Randy at Lupe's for a yummy Mexican fiesta and then came home for cake and presents. Andrew worked hard at picking out a pair of tennies for his dad and then used his money to buy he and his brother a pair of shoes. So, actually all my boys got new shoes today.
Happy 4-3 Randy!!!

Fettuccine Alfredo love and Rocks

After church we went for some yummy Italian food at Ciros. Andrew has fallen in love with fettuccine Alfredo.
Then we went to the park for a birthday party and Matthew decided he needed to take a nap...in the rocks.
For dinner we met Randy's family at the Racquet Club to celebrate Randy's birthday.
I love Sundays!

Random Saturday Happenings

When Matthew was done with his breakfast taco he disposed of it in the trash truck. Makes perfect sense!
And, I caught Andrew meditating outside on the little trampoline. When I asked him what he was doing he said: marinating!

Maddie's ONE!

Julie and Paul threw together a wonderful celebration for Miss Maddie at Gymboree to celebrate Maddie turning one! The room was full of children having a blast and adults enjoying watching them. The kids took a quick break for chicken nuggets and cake and then were back out for parachute time and bubbles. The party continued at our house as we watched Maddie open all her fun presents.
What a fun day of celebrating!
